Booth Back on the Boards!
That John Wilkes Booth shot Abraham Lincoln is beyond doubt, but who can definitively say why? The Most Famous Man in America dramatizes the final hour leading up to the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. Time-travel back to 1865 and be a fly on the wall as Booth prepares to commit his bold, mad act. Why did he do it, when he had everything to lose and nothing to gain? You be the judge!
Go to Play, to learn more about the show, its creator and staff. Under History, you'll get a brief overview of Booth's life and the times in which he lived. Photo Gallery contains images of Booth, the actor Christopher Fabbro as Booth, and historical figures of the times related to the story. And make reservations and request more information under Contact. Show News 3/1/05 - I moved to Berkeley, CA and decided to keep this website as a means for people to stay in touch. The show investigated whether JWB plotted Lincoln's assassination in a humble apartment in Greenwich Village.
